Delivery

We deliver to homes and businesses across all nine provinces of South Africa. Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over R10,000 — simply use code BBSPS26 at checkout. For orders under R10,000, a calculated delivery fee applies based on your location and the size of your order. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically following within 2–7 business days depending on your area.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days — return shipping costs may apply. Warranty claims are handled per each manufacturer’s terms; we will assist you through the process.
